Returns Policy

RETURNS: IN PERSON – Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt of package. You will see the merchandise before you pay for it. (10% restocking fee on guns returned after face to face transfer, must be returned within 30 days and must be in new/unfired condition.) 

RETURNS: SHIPPED – Cornerstone Arms will provide full refund on all firearms and accessories found defective upon receipt of package (3-days from date of received). Please contact Cornerstone Arms immediately if you feel you have received a defective item. All firearms must be unfired to be returned (excluding factory testing). If you Return a non-defective Firearm due to Failing a Background Check or by Choice there will be a 15% Re-Stocking Fee and Original Shipping Charges will NOT be Refunded.

Sales on the following items are final:

• Ammunition
• Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
• Illumination devices, electronic sights and optics once removed from factory packaging.

Part of being able to offer the best prices to our customers is keeping return costs low so we do our best to make sure you have the right gun before you buy it.
