The cartridge is composed of bullet case primer and propellant. Star-shaped five- pronged Starfire hollow point bullet demonstrates excellent expansion performance with stable penetration depth based on cavity designed with a unique and optimized shape. Excellent expansion and stable penetration depth proved through FBI protocol tests using ballistic gelatin and barriers ensure the suitability of the cartridge for use by law enforcement or self-defense. If you are using a Credit Card the fee is set as low as we can make it at 3.0% of your total. This JUST COVERS the fees charged by our credit card processor, we do not make any money on that fee.
